Celebration of Seuss
Ms. Doss' 2nd grade class participated in a "Celebration of Seuss" interactive video conference with other schools from around the state. They learned some fun facts about Dr. Seuss, read "Green Eggs and Ham" and shared in a discussion about the book and Dr. Seuss.

Valley Elementary recently upgraded to the newest version of Renaissance Learning's Accelerated Reader and Star Reading programs. You can now see how many books and words have been read by Valley Elementary student's every month by looking at the Accelerated Reader widget on our school's home page.
