Jordan Taylor, our riverdays candidate, was 3rd runner-up in the pageant. The pageant and parade were held on Saturday, September 4th. The day was full of activities; our band performed in the parade and our cheerleaders supported our candidate. Also, Amy Payne and Aundrea Horsley entertained the crowd with a dance in the pageant. All of our participants did a great job. Congratulations, Jordan Taylor! |

We had over 100 volunteers (a few aren't in the picture). We met at the high school at 8:00 am and had donuts and some social time. We then went outside to get materials from the Lawrence/Scioto County Waste Management litter trailer that they provided to us. We dispersed and worked at various homes in the Valley district, cleaned up roadways, assisted the garden club, fire department, and the Lucasville library with various jobs. |
