Attention 7th and 12th Grade Parents and Families:
The Scioto County Health Department will be at Valley Middle School during Open House on August 17th from 5:00–7:00 pm to provide school vaccines for incoming 7th and 12th grade students for the 2026–2027 school year.
Parent attendance is not required. However, students must bring a completed and signed registration form and screening checklist to receive their vaccines.
Please bring your completed forms to Open House. Additional copies of the forms will also be available at Open House if needed.
